The purpose of Tactical Skull Session Simulations is
to engage new and seasoned responders in a unique
learning environment to share knowledge and to discuss, within the context of an incident, the intricacies of a hazardous materials event.
Tactical Skull Session SIMs are designed to:

Provide a platform to practice procedures and devise new SOPs/SOGs (Standard Operating Guidelines).

Use as an instructional tool to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Facilitate discussion towards Incident

Command System (ICS) training, specific chemical mitigation, or equipment enhancement.

Be accessible collaboratively from different locations.

Be scalable and cost conscious.
As an added benefit, Tactical Skull Session SIMs can
be used as an experience platform that removes geographic limitations through the use of conference telecommunications and screen sharing, allowing personnel in different locations the benefit of collaboratively engaging in the SIMs at a fraction of
the costs.
